Foundations of Proposal Management
Developing successful proposal strategies
Course Overview
Winning proposals are not so much written as they are extensively researched and developed. The actual writing of the proposal document, obviously is an essential component, is nevertheless only the tip of the iceberg. This course covers all the behind-the-scenes and pre-writing work needed before heading to actual writing in order reducing re-work amid overwhelming ideas and information. The course reinforces bid / proposal management as an important role within an organization, as opposed to an ad hoc function that anyone can perform.
The workshops introduce participants to a structured process of managing and writing proposals, bid-or-no-bid decision, winning strategy and winning themes development, outlining proposal sections, determining proposal content, and writing focus. The results of such process are astounding, making technical writing better, faster, and even enjoyable.
