This course should assist participants to address security vulnerabilities in their organization and handle the aftermath of a crisis. It should also, improve the common understanding of Crisis Management and explain how to complete a risk assessment study by correctly identifying, understanding and quantifying the risk exposure while putting in place appropriate recovery plans.

 

When the unexpected does happen, it is important to be prepared and explore the causal factors that lead to a crisis “Root Cause Analysis" and gain the skills needed to respond quickly and effectively.

 

Following the completion of this 3 days course, participants will have the knowledge and skills to be able to effectively contribute into the development of their own organization Crisis Plan, structure the necessary Emergency Response team and take proactive measures to reduce the probability “Likehood”  that the same encountered crises will re-occur in the future.
