Since joining the learning and development industry in 2005, Ahmad trained more than 4000 trainees in many multinational companies and universities in Egypt, UAE, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq and Zambia.

Ahmad has a rich professional record by managing and participating in learning projects in different industries and organizations include Max Fashion, Mansour Group, Procter and Gamble, Alef Bookstores, Egyptian Gulf Bank , Multiples investment Group, Asec Engineering , Center Point, Greman University in Cairo , El Amir for Trading and Distribution, Resala Charity Organization , Cairo and Ain Shams universities, Knowledge Academy for Talent Development, Gulf of Suez Petroleum Co. (GUPCO), Quick Wins Management Consulting and SEGA team.

Currently Ahmad is following his passion in the Instructional Design area by working as an independent consultant managing multiple instructional design projects in giant organizations in the Middle East.
