Mai Refaey is an HR Management Consultant and Trainer with a combination of extensive knowledge and hands on experience in HR.

SPHRi, Senior Professional Human Resources internationally certified from the HRCI institute, USA.
SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) internationally certified from the Society for Human Resources Management, USA.

Currently enrolled in the CIPD (Charted Institute of Personnel and Development) Diploma; Level 7 Advanced; The highest Human Resources Diploma in UK.

MBA graduate from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University, UK.
She is also an internationally certified Trainer.

As an HR Consultant, she has worked on a couple of projects, building HR structures from scratch for organizations, creating performance based environments, ensuring the organization is having the right people on board along with strategic planning (proposing a Vision, Mission, Strategy and KPIs).

At the same time she is delivering HR Management Professional Certifications and soft skills sessions through both Training Institutions and NGOs.

Mai is currently holding the position of “Head of HR” in CIT Global since April 2018.

Mai has worked for Egyptian Drilling Company for eight years starting January 2007 with the last title “Head of Talent Management & Organizational Development” and a part-time internal trainer; then she joined Alkan CIT group since April 2016, holding the same position in ESRI NEA till February 2018.
