Foreword
The goal of this course is to empower professionals to be in control of a difficult conversation at all stages of it so that they can achieve the desired outcome. It is a necessary skill in the management of human resources, handling of customers, and team management.

After his graduation from the Academic of specialized studies as a quality engineer he studied the German language at Goethe Institute in Cairo for more than 2 years and worked with several companies in commercial sector such as PHILO Group as managing director and SWAN international trading as commercial director and the Egyptian American organization DISC development as marketing manager, he enrolled in the School of Continuing Education at the American University in Cairo - AUC and earned the career certificate in marketing field. In year 2011 he involved in education sector by working as a freelancer marketing and education consultant with many international organization and domestic NGOs in Egypt and during this stage he became one of the Egyptian Council for Training & Development team as a full time marketing manager position, then he started to conduct the educational programs and preparing the full training kits.
Hani leaded and orchestred many partnerships and mega programs with many educational entities such as the American University in Cairo - AUC and the British University in Egypt – BUE and the IMA
Hani received an official invitation from the United Nations, World Health Organization (WHO) to become one of the temporary advisors to set rules and regulations against the marketing campaigns for unhealthy foods and beverages for children.
Then studied the master business of administration MBA in general management major at the Scandinavian Business School.
