I- The Budgetary Planning
State the essentials of effective budgeting and the components of the master budget.
Prepare budget for sales, production, and direct materials.
Prepare budgeted for direct labor, manufacturing overhead, and selling administrative expenses and a budgeted income statement.
Prepare a cash budget and Budgeted balance sheet.
Apply budgeting principles to none manufacturing companies.
II- Budgetary Control & Responsibility Accounting
Describe budgetary control & Static budget reports.
Prepare flexible budget report
Apply responsibility accounting to cost and profit centres
Evaluate performance.

Olfat Moustafa is specialized in Finance & Accounting with 12 years of experience. She is currently working as a Business Consultant & Professional Trainer.
She was graduated from Faculty of “Departement de Gestion et de Commerce International – DGCI- Faculty of Commerce – Ain Shams University (French Section) in 2004, earned her MSG “Maitrise de Science de Gestion - Poiters Unversity – France & earned a CMA from Institute of Management Accountant.
She started her practical career in Finance & Accounting since 2004. Today her responsibilities involve both managerial and operational aspects. Her duties as Principal include planning and development of resources. She managed the Finance & Accounting & Human Resources outsourcing Business including the different aspects of business development and operations for 6 years. Managing the finance and accounting function of BDO Esnad. Such Experience supported by a Master of Business Administration from Poitiers University – France.
Mrs. Olfat is a Certified Instructor in the American University and The EBI “Egyptian Banking Institute”, She conducted several training in the Finance & Accounting, Management Course.
