Impact-2-Lead is a unique programme that will involve a 3-stage development programme for Leaders to maximize the learning and to achieve more results.

Stage - 1

                        Assessment Center

All the Participants will start the development programme by conducting an Assessment Center , which is designed to put the participant into real business situations to see how the participant will react, during the Assessment centre 3 exercises will be used as Group discussions, Role play and Analysis presentation  to identify the gaps.

5 Competencies will be evaluated during the Assessment Center as below:-

Leadership

Oral Communication & Presentation

Planning & Organising

Problem Analysis

Commercial Awareness

Stage - 2

Training

The Participants will attend 4-days Live Training to enhance their skill gap in the 5 competencies that they have been assessed on it. The level of Training will be tailored based on the Assessment output to match the level of audience and make sure that they are getting what they really want for making the impact to their organization.

The Training will cover the following areas:-

Leader's Mindset (Conscious & Unconscious Awareness,  Mind- Body Connection, Fast-paced Mindset Change Skills and emotional Access Techniques)

Leadership (Motivates, Coach, enables and inspires others to succeed, utilizing appropriate styles. Has a clear vision of what is required and acts as a positive role model. Willingness to participate as a full member of a team, effective contributor)

Persuasive Oral Communication (Ability to express ideas or facts in a clear and persuasive manner. Convince others to own expressed point of views)

Planning & Organising (Ability to establish efficiently an appropriate course of action for self and/or others to accomplish a goal)

Problem Analysis (Effectiveness in identifying problems, seeking pertinent data, recognising important information and identifying possible causes of problems)

Commercial Awareness (Ability to understand the key business issues that affect the profitability and growth of an enterprise and takes appropriate action to maximize success)

Stage - 3

One –2-One Coaching

Each participant will be offered a 2 personal private sessions; tailored to his/her professional development that focuses on measurable results and achievable outcomes.

Our approach delivers a highly effective process for addressing specific development issues, exploring any limiting beliefs which could affect performance and planning significant strategies to move your organisation forward.

Demands placed upon managers and leaders are ever-increasing. Navigating such pressurised environments often requires a broad and varied range of skills, which haven’t necessarily been taught or learned from previous experience. We all have strengths and weaknesses; and self-awareness and acceptance is the first step to delivering non-judgmental coaching. Coaching can be a highly effective way of maintaining focus and consistent development - at any level.
