Course Overview & Objectives
This course provides a broad overview of the Organizational Behavior (OB) field. The course has two main objectives: The first is to provide an extensive knowledge base relevant to organization behavior at the individual, group, and organizational levels. The second is to provide you with opportunities to apply this knowledge in real life work settings. The overall objective is for you to learn to be more effective and efficient in your organizations.
