This interactive course has been chiefly designed to give you a comprehensive hands-on experience on training of the trainers. And it will enable you to make an effective contribution to the training and development of others. This TOT course will give you the practical guidance, knowledge, skills, capabilities and all the necessary tools for identifying training needs, designing, facilitating and evaluating the success of different training programs.

Training Methodology
  • This TOT course is a highly interactive training course, providing each participant the opportunity to exchange views and learn from other’s experiences. Moreover it includes a range of presentations, group guided discussions, workshops and exercises.
  • Participants’ training sessions will be video-taped and they will receive individual feed back on their training session and training style. Each pers on will receive a copy of his/ her presentation on DVD following the course with a self-coaching handout.

  • Write learning aims and objectives according to the best practice.
  • Write and develop training session plans and materials.
  • Analyze tasks and design training activities for adult learners to facilitate the learning of those tasks.

  • Facilitate a group training session using appropriate demos and activities such as role play, case studies or group discussion.
